What our PATIENTS and their FAMILIES are saying…
I wanted to take a few moments to relay my thoughts and thanks to the staff of the third floor memory unit. My sister resided there for almost a year, until her death. Since I live in Vermont, I tried to ensure at least monthly visits with her there. The staff have always been kind, helpful and gracious. On my final visit, from, staff were exceptional while providing loving care to Sara in her final days, as well as me and my family members. I knew more nurses names than CNA‘s, but they were all so caring and mindful of Sara‘s comfort for her final hours on earth. They gave me loving support at such a big loss for me. Sara was also my best friend and last surviving sister of four. I will be forever grateful for your nursing staff’s excellent care especially Alisha, Shelda and Shanaia (Unit Nurse Manager) and her CNA caregivers who told me amazing stories of their conversations with Sara they were so wonderful.
